Prior to manufacture, we will run your design through:

  • DRC
  • To ensure your design will function as expected, without any "Glitches", such as a hole size specified incorrectly or non-plated hole on a connector

  • MRC
  • To ensure your design meets the requirements for manufacture of your requested specification (utilising MHA's in-house expertise on IPC Class 3).

  • Polar Impedance Calculator
  • To ensure the design meets your target impedance. There are many free impedance tools on the internet, which do not take all aspects of the design into account.Please feel free to utilise our DFM services and front-end experience Free of Charge.

  • Build Calulator
  • Ensures your board will be delivered as expected. Avoid internal shorts, Bow & Twist and unmatched impedances using the build calculator

    All designs will be put through the calculators at front-end as applicable and all of the information will be provided back to the customer.
